Landscapers-Direct.com and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and predecessors in interest (collectively referred to as "Landscapers-Direct.com") provide landscapers and landscaping professionals an online Directory (Service) for advertising their business services and websites.

The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates Your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Landscapers-Direct.com reserves the right to make modifications, price changes, alterations or updates to this site and these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice to users. You accept the affirmative obligation to periodically review whether or not these Terms & Conditions have changed, and Your continued use of this site shall be deemed an acceptance and agreement to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

 
USE OF TOP LANDSCAPERS-DIRECT.COM DIRECTORY SERVICES

General

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details or verification of the authenticity and ownership before providing you with any of our services. In relation to financial transactions involving charge cards or debit cards etc, we use 2Checkout. Please refer to their additional terms and conditions at www.2checkout.com. When purchasing through our processor (2Checkout) please note that although goods and services will be provided by Landscapers-Direct.com, they are being sold by 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA).

You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. The price of any Service is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Service before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a service's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Service at the correct price.

For services received during promotions that stipulate a 50% discount for as long as you continuously remain in the directory, that will apply as stipualted. If our price for an annual listing goes up or down, your renewal fee at the time of renewal will be 50% of the typical annual listing fee at that time.

Any times or dates stated on our website for providing the Services are estimates only. Landscapers-Direct.com will make all reasonable effort to provide the Services within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

Landscapers-Direct.com is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means to the email address you have given us on registration.

We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated any new features including new content and/or the sale of new services shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

 
GENERAL REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATION OF SERVICE/AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Landscapers-Direct.com offers a 7-day refund policy. After the 7-day period, all sales are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds. To receive a full refund on the annual listing fee, within 7 days of the date you placed your original order, please email our Support Department at support@landscapers-direct.com. In the body of the email, please include the following:

  • The person's name on the credit card used for the order
  • Your company name
  • The County and State you applied for
  • Brief explanation why you would like a refund
  • IMPORTANT: Your 2CO order number. This number is on the email you received from 2checkout.com, our credit card processing company, when you originally signed up. If you don't know your order number, please visit www.2co.com, and click on "Find My Order", or call 1-877-294-0273; Hours: 7:00AM to 12:00 Midnight (EST), Monday through Friday and 9:00AM to 5:30PM (EST) on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
You may request a refund within the 7-day period for whatever reason you like, including if you just change your mind. However, to better serve our customers, we would appreciate an explanation as to why you would like a refund. Once we process your request, we will immediately contact 2CO and they will begin the process of refunding your credit card. If you have any questions on how long it will take to see your money credited back to your account, please contact 2checkout.com at the phone number listed above or visit their website.

IMPORTANT: After the 7-day period, all sales are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds. We offer annual (12-month) listings only. If after the 7-day period you would like to cancel the service (without refund) and have your exclusive listing, personal webpage and photos removed from our site, please email us at: support@landscapers-direct.com. In the body of the email, please include your company name and the county/state page that your listing resides on and request your removal. We will immediately remove your listing, personal webpage, and photos and cancel your listing.

Automatic Renewal

To streamline our process, our system is set up to automatically renew your annual listing on your anniversary date so you don't lose your spot. Unless you cancel your service beforehand, on your anniversary date, the same credit card you initially used to sign up for our service will be charged for the current year's fees.

If 2checkout.com attempts to charge your card for the annual renewal fee and your card is rejected, for whatever reason (i.e. expired, no longer valid, etc.), you will be notified by email. At that time, you will have a set period (stipulated in that notification) to manually go back to our website and input the correct credit card information. If you don't renew within that set period, your service will be cancelled, listing removed and you will lose your exclusive spot allowing other landscapers to pursue the vacant position.

Cancellation Policy - Removal of Listing

IMPORTANT: Future renewals of your directory listing can be cancelled by contacting us in writing via email at support@landscapers-direct.com, however such cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the next renewal date or you will be charged for the next listing term and your listing will remain active until that date (through the next term). THERE WILL BE NO PRO-RATED REFUNDS.

Automatic Renewal Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy for Automatic Renewals. You have 7 days from the date your card is charged for the renewal (on your anniversary date) to request a refund. After those 7 days, all sales are final. Again, we do not offer pro-rated refunds. To request a refund within those 7 days, please follow the instructions listed above under General Refund Policy. When your card is charged for the renewal, you will be emailed an order receipt by 2checkout.com letting you know your card has been charged. This will be emailed to the email address you submit in your initial payment information (at 2CO). If you need to update your email address with 2CO, please visit their website or call their support center number (1-877-294-0273).

Updating Your Listing

You have 30 days from the date you originally placed your order, to update/revise your initial listing, personal webpage content, and photos at no cost. Once your 30-day grace period is over, if you want to update/revise your listing, personal webpage and/or photos, there is a $10 charge per revision.

Photo Slideshow

Your annual listing comes with the option of using our custom slideshow to present photos of your work to our site visitors. For the annual listing fee, we allow you to upload up to FIVE photos. LANDSCAPERS-DIRECT.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY/RESOLUTION OF THE ORIGINAL DIGITAL PHOTOS YOU UPLOAD. We will format them to fit the slideshow and upload as is. We may, at our descretion, attempt to have our graphics people boost the quality if we feel it will enhance the viewing of the photo by our audience but that is strictly at our descretion. It important for anyone who uploads the photos to follow our quality instructions to the best of their ability to ensure the best possible user-experience.

Some services provided by this website require the user's email address. The user's email address will not be rented, sold, or otherwise distributed to anyone outside of Landscapers-Direct.com. LIABILITY

Removal of Listing

We reserve the right to remove your listing, personal webpage, and photos at anytime if it or the content on the website that is linked to from your banner fails to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of this site. If we do remove your banner, you will be notified by email at the email address you supplied us with. If this is done within the timeframe stipulated in our money-back guarantee set forth in these terms and conditions, you shall be refunded your money. If it is outside that timeframe, all sales are final.

General

Landscaping professionals that list their websites with us acknowledge that we reserve the right to discontinue this service at any time without notification, that we reserve the right to modify submitted information to meet our submission and listing guidelines, and that use of the directory signifies complete agreement to these terms.

We promise that for any Service you purchase from our website, we have the right to sell the Service to you; the Service will correspond with the description we have given to you; the Service will be of satisfactory quality and provided with reasonable skill and care.

We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the services, our website or any information or service provided through our website. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, but please note that all materials and information on our website are provided on an "as is" basis.

Notice will be deemed received when an email is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 3 days after the date of posting.
